friendly staff helpful staff poor internet delayed response
the breakfast service was amazing. it was fresh and abundant. everyone was friendly and helpful, especially soukaina, who prepared fresh amsaman. hamza and others also were very good.
The internet connection was very poor. I could barely load anything. It repeated the same items daily. staff assistance was slow when i needed it. for example i emailed before my arrival but received a response after two days already in the city.

spacious room comfortable bed nice food
The room was super spacious. The beds were very large and comfortable. I found the food at the pool restaurant nice. Fatima in housekeeping provided great service.

an average stay, nothing really good
weak air conditioning limited parking
The air conditioning in my double beautiful room was definitely underwhelming. it struggled to keep the room cool, even on its highest setting. plus, the limited parking was a real hassle. Finding a spot each evening was like a small miracle. i also noticed ants at breakfast, a bit off-putting.

the staff helped with my bag on arrival. they also answered all my questions. breakfast included warm msemen and omelets.

The room included a safe for valuables. I also had a minibar with various drinks. The air conditioning worked very well in my suite..
The breakfast options were quite limited. The internet connection was slow sometimes. The staff were not always readily available when needed..

sound proof windows spacious rooms helpful staff
the windows were sound proof i did not hear the traffic. i slept well. the rooms are really big. the staff is always there to assist, younnes is a kind person.
the breakfast buffet had limited choices and repeated the same thing every day it was not the best.
